Join us for an energizing 60-minute yoga session designed to optimize your performance in the mountains. This class emphasizes body alignment and breathing techniques, essential for enhancing strength, stamina, and overall well-being.

Dress in layers and please bring a mat or towel.

 

This session is followed by a breathwork session by Silvia Moser. Through breathwork we aim to bring more consciousness about our breathing and the gifts that come with it. It’s a diaphragmatic circular breathing, in this way we can increase our oxygen and detox our body, lift our energy levels and give more space to a clear and focused mind. We can access these gifts in a very simple way, just by breathing.

Heidi is a 275-hour certified Yoga Teacher, currently pursuing an additional 300-hour certification. She discovered the transformative power of yoga during her recovery from PTSD after a snowboarding accident. Her mission is to help you achieve your best mountain life.

Silvia

About

Legend has it that Silvia was actually delivered by the stork. With her free spirit and long legs, this might be true. The Italian, who grew up ski racing, first flew into our hearts in 2015 when she came in second overall in her rookie season on the Freeride World Tour. Known for speed and having a strong technical flow, we do wonder if she might actually be a bird. Since leaving the competitive world, she has begun to teach and coach skiing at her home in the Dolomites, although her focus continues to be seeing as much of the world as she can on skis. Whether flipping off a cliff in the Alps or meditating on a slackline high above hazel trees, Silvia stylishly soars to new heights with every step.
