Join us for an energizing 60-minute yoga session designed to optimize your performance in the mountains. This class emphasizes body alignment and breathing techniques, essential for enhancing strength, stamina, and overall well-being.
Dress in layers and please bring a mat or towel.
This session is followed by a breathwork session by Silvia Moser. Through breathwork we aim to bring more consciousness about our breathing and the gifts that come with it. It’s a diaphragmatic circular breathing, in this way we can increase our oxygen and detox our body, lift our energy levels and give more space to a clear and focused mind. We can access these gifts in a very simple way, just by breathing.
